The construction of HP Plaza Business Center started on September 15th 2023. 

The building has a modern look, for which the architects gave a very difficult concrete frame.

For example all the concrete ceilings get bigger after each floor on all axes, so the large part of the building area consists of cantilevers.

Furthermore, the building has unique sloped facets/walls that give very specific architectural look to the building adding extra difficulty for its construction.

Overcoming above mentioned and other difficulties our Company has diligently completed and handed over the frame of the building.

This building, though not outfitted and completed, has already become one of the landmark buildings of the Ajapnyak district of Yerevan.
