The construction of AMAA Berd Daycare Center started in September 2021. The building was built from the ground zero. Three-story building has a very unique architecture, the carcass of the building was built according to the very strict requirements defined for the border regions. Besides the design of the building required twice as much concrete as compared to a normal monolithic structure. The difficult design of the building, the far distance of the location of the building from the concrete components and other materials and machinery had their impact on the progress of the construction. Another large component of the project was landscaping and external elements of the building. The building definitely became a bright spot on the map of the Berd city.
